Analysis and Feasibility Study: We analyze client requirements through an in-depth study of the necessary anti-vibration system.
We propose standard solutions or, when necessary, develop custom projects. Solution Selection:
Standard Product: Ensures economies of scale and immediate spare parts availability
Custom Product: Ideal for solving specific design requirements, offers exclusive replacement parts particularly valued by OEM manufacturers
Design: Our technical office, equipped with continuously updated SolidWorks CAD/CAM systems, develops 3D projects that are transferred directly to our internal workshop.
Mold Manufacturing: We internally produce molds up to 600×900 mm for injection and compression molding, optimizing prototyping process timing and quality.
Compound Development: We offer a wide range of certified compounds, perfected over fifty years of experience. We collaborate with external research centers to develop specific compounds for particular requirements.
Prototyping and Testing: We create prototypes and preliminary tests, offering the possibility of small production runs for field verification. We collaborate with certified Italian laboratories for specific testing and certifications.
Production: We operate injection molding machines (up to 4 kg of rubber) and compression machines (up to 40 kg), ensuring production flexibility and consistent quality.
Logistics and Storage: We develop customized warehouse management strategies to ensure continuous product availability, optimizing inventory according to specific client requirements. The entire management is handled by a customized SAP system for our product production and management.
The entire process is TUV certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, ensuring maximum quality and complete traceability.
